Tango Ops for the week of September 27:

Monday September 27: Monica's class series begins at Footworks. 7:30-9 PM One (level 2/3) class for 90 minutes.  Beginner level resumes in October.  For information write MoniTango or www.footworksdance.com or call 512.288.9577.

Tuesday September 28: Outdoor practica on west patio of Texas Union on University Campus, directly across from the Women’s COOP on Guadalupe St (the Drag).  From 8:30 pm-?  For more information contact Partha.  No cover, but bring water and bug repellent.

Tuesday September 28: Class series continues at Go Dance @ 2525 W. Anderson Ln. Ste 530 (in Northcross Mall). Taught by Angel Figueroa.  Beginner level only.  From 7-8 pm.  For more information call 512-339-9391 or go to godance@godance.cc.

Wednesday September 29: Ricardo's class series resumes.  For more information call 512.450.0200 or write info@learn2dance.com or www.learn2dance.com.  Private lessons are available.

Thursday September 30: Milonga at Cipollina's @ 1213 W Lynn St, Austin, TX 78703.  For more information call 512.477.5211.  Glovertango plays 8:00-10:00 pm.  No cover, but please tip the band.  

Saturday October 2: Barbara hosts a live music milonga at @1802 Stanley Avenue.  Glover will play. 8:30-12:30 AM  Bring snacks and drinks, no alcohol please.  for more information call462-2137

Sunday October 3: Practica at Tapestry Dance Company @ 507 Pressler St, Austin, TX 78703 from 7:00 pm-9:00 pm.  $3.00 for students/$4.00 for tangueros.  First time visitors get in free.

December 6:  Glover plays with 4 piece Tosca String Quartet at the Cactus Club.

November 21:  Houston hosts Glover Gill and 7 piece Tosca Orchestra for a Milonga.  Continental Club.  This may be the only time all musicians will play together for a milonga this year.

December 17: San Antonio hosts a posada milonga benefiting Argentine Music Institute of Texas.  Live music by Daniel Monserrat and Glovertango.7-12  111 Villita Street
