Austin Tango Ops May 30:

Monday, May 30: Monica's class series continues at Footworks. 501 West 3rd Street. Tango I,  7-8 PM  Tango II, 8-9 PM Call: 320-0005 or 420-8830 for more information.  New pre-intermediate class from 6-7 starting in June. 

Tuesday, May 31: Angel's class series continues.  Level 2 @ 6:00 PM, Level 1 @ 7:00 Held at Go Dance. 2525 West Anderson Lane @ Northcross Mall. Suite 530. 512.339.939

Wednesday, June 1: Ricardo's class series continues.Beginner 6:30 PM  Intermediate I, 7:45 PM, Intermediate II, 9:00 PM. Call or write: 450-0200 or

Friday, June 3: Beginning  Argentine tango at Delores'  house.  Taught by Bruce Haufler Fridays 7:00-8:00 PM. Write info@dancein.org or call 32-Dance (323-2623), for more information

Saturday, June 4:  KLRU hosts wine and tango event.   Argentine food and professional dancers Pilar Alvarez and Claudio Hoffman.  Call 512-232-6270 to purchase tickets. 

Saturday, June 4: Milonga at Deena and Denis Kohl's  9pm-?.  Glover and friends will play.  Address is 8706 Mountain Ridge Dr and the phone # is 345-4154 .

Sunday, June 5: Practica at Tapestry Dance Company @ 507 Pressler St, Austin, TX 78703 (walk in side entrance, down hallway to Studio B) from 7:00 pm-9:00 PM.  $3.00 for students/$4.00 for tangueros.  First time visitors get in free. Practica does not take the place of professional instruction.  Participation is for those with some previous training.
