Sunday, October 29:  Practica at  Tapestry Dance Company @ 507 Pressler St., 
Austin, TX 78703 (walk in side  entrance, down hallway to Studio B) from 7:00 
PM - 9:00 PM.  $3.00 for  students/$4.00 for tangueros.  First time visitors 
get in free. Practica  does not take the place of professional instruction.  
Participation is for  those with some previous  training.

Saturday, November 4: El Dia de Los  Muertos Milonga.  A fundraiser milonga 
for La Vida Tango's 4th annual  Posada Milonga in San Antonio, Celebration at 
Kay Kennedy's house 2327 Westrock,  707-6937. Bring your Day of the Dead re
freshments, wear black if you like,  
photos of departed loved ones for an altar, DJ  music.

Saturday, November 11:  Milonga  at Deena and Denis Kohl's. 8706 Mountain 
Ridge Dr 9pm-?.  Glover and  friends will play. Call 345-4154 for more

November 22-26: Learn to Dance  Austin hosts the 8th Fandango de Tango.  This 
year's  teachers will be Fabian Salas y Carolina del Rivero, Guilllermo Merlo 
y  Fernanda Ghi, Alex Krebs y Luciana Valle, Nito y Elba Garcia, and Pablo 
Pugliese y Noel Strazza   Event will be  held at the Omni Austin Hotel at
