Tuesday, November 07: University Tango club's tango practica at MEZES first floor, room 120 on campus.  5:30 to 7:30 PM.  Map   Mezes is sandwiched between the McCombs bldg. and the giant horse fountain at 21st & University Ave (it's the middle of 3 connected buildings). 

 
Tuesday, November 07:  Monica's class series continues at Footworks Dance Studio (new location) 2nd Street & San Antonio.  7-8 Introductory Level.  8-9 Pre-intermediate Level For more information call 512.420.8839 or write:info at monitango.com or http://www.monitango.com

Thursday, November 09: Milonga at Cipollina's @ 1213 W Lynn St., Austin, TX 78703. For more information call 512.477.5211. Live music 8:00-10:00 PM. No cover, but please tip the band.
 
Friday, November 10:  Milonga at La Tazza Fresca. 519 W. 37th St. (@ Guadalupe St.), 512.371.5383 9 PM-1 am.  DJ music by Monica
 
Saturday, November 11:  Milonga at Deena and Denis Kohl's. 8706 Mountain Ridge Dr 9pm-?.  Glover and friends will play. Call 345-4154 for more information.

Sunday, November 12:  Practica at Tapestry Dance Company @ 507 Pressler St., Austin, TX 78703 (walk in side entrance, down hallway to Studio B) from 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM.  $3.00 for students/$4.00 for tangueros.  First time visitors get in free. Practica does not take the place of professional instruction.  Participation is for those with some previous training.

Saturday, December 9:  Feliz Navidad Milonga at Barbara's house (1802 Stanley Ave.)  9:00 PM to 1:00 AM.  Glover et al. provide music.  Bring generous contributions for the band and a small snack or beverage.  Call 462-2137 for additional information.

April 13, 2007:  Pablo Ziegler and the Quintet for New Tango will perform at the Hogg Memorial Auditorium.  Performance at 8:00 PM.   Tickets are on sale now.
